Working with Amazon CloudFront for Dynamic Content Acceleration Reviews

Custom error page in S3 was very annoyingly cached as a redirect (i.e. broken) until I put through an invalidation. Mohsin@AWS says, "Due to the distributed nature of Amazon S3, requests can be temporarily routed to the wrong facility." ( https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?threadID=216814 )
