Creating Amazon EC2 Instances with Microsoft Windows Reviews

Crap...I can only get to step 43...connecting thru RDP...which fails everytime. Same as with the free course connecting via SSH. Maybe our end security but since teamviewer works why doesn't this rubbish??

It was a great exercise and gives an insight on using the dashboard, quick view of the IIs Server and web page.

I didn't save the RDP decrypted password so I couldn't reconnect to the server after I assigned an elastic IP address. I don't think this was mentioned in the instructions. Maybe add that so that someone doesn't have this issue in the future. If it is in there and I missed it, then my bad.

The lab instructions were easy and straightforward to follow. Good job! One thing I noticed that after I associated the EIP to my instance, the RDP connection got disconnected - I had to reconnect using the new EIP.
