I had problems when I tried to open the AWS Console. When I clicked on "Open Console" button, I received a message that says something like "Your login link has expired. Contact your administrator."

Missed a couple things such as when logging in via putty, need to enter the user name (which is the part of the copied host before the @ symbol that some viewers might not realize). Also, when it gets to the stage to download the ppk file, remind users that it's available in the connection dropdown - that took me 5 minutes to realize where it was.
