For the creation of the RDS database, the interface had been updated so it did not completely match the lab instructions. The order was different. If I reverted back to the old interface on AWS, it was similar but the instructions should be updated to specify this.

its shit... created 4 different EC2 machines an none of them respond. there is no way to know if i was the reason for that or you.. my teacher was puzzled after checking everything and saw that i did everything right and it still dont work... how are you taking money for this?!
